Charles Barton Brown founded CorpLaw Associates in 1999. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel for a NASDAQ technology consulting company (Diamond Technology Partners) and one of the world’s eminent sporting goods companies (Wilson Sporting Goods) where he was in charge of worldwide Intellectual Property legal issues, including 26 foreign locations.
He assists clients in trademarks, trade secrets (confidential information), copyright, IP maintenance, e-commerce, software, defamation, trade disparagement, publicity rights, privacy, branding, competition restrictions, unfair competition, licensing, IP audits and reviews, maintenance of IP rights, Information Technology, transfers/sales of IP, IP infringement, enforcement of IP rights (cease and desist actions), domains and URLs, UDRP (Uniform Dispute Resolution Process), URS (Uniform Rapid Suspension), e-commerce, computer contracts, internet law, and computer issues. He represents authors, developers, publishers and inventors.
Most importantly, I am married to the love of my life of 33 years with 4 wonderful children. This is my greatest accomplishment.
